Death Atlas ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Death Atlas mobile application.

A. Location Information

Death Atlas may request access to your device location while the app is in use.

Location data is used solely to:

Display your position on the map
Improve map navigation features
Provide directions via Apple Maps or Google Maps

We do not store or sell your location data.

Location data is processed locally on your device and is not permanently retained by us.

B. Subscription & Purchase Information

Death Atlas offers optional premium subscriptions.

Purchases are processed through:

Apple App Store (iOS)
Google Play Store (Android)

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status.

We do not collect or store:

Credit card numbers
Billing addresses
Payment information

All billing is handled securely by Apple or Google.

We may receive anonymous subscription status data from RevenueCat to determine whether premium features should be unlocked.

C. Basic App Usage Data

We may collect limited, anonymous technical data such as:

App version
Device type
Operating system version
Crash reports

This data is used solely to improve app stability and performance.

We do not use advertising trackers.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Death Atlas does not:

Require user accounts
Collect names or email addresses
Sell personal data
Share personal data for advertising
Track users across other apps or websites

3. Third-Party Services

The app may link to external services including:

Apple Maps
Google Maps
Wikipedia
Other public source websites

Death Atlas is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your Choices

You may:

Disable location access in your device settings
Cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account
Delete the app at any time
